Powers:
Almost entirely derived from the helmet of Quetzalcoatl, which generates the costume and weapons. Power is supplied internally by the helmet, and is magical in nature. Powers include; Healing, invisibility field, enhanced strength, the ability to phase objects, and an energy shield. The invisibility, phasing, and force field can be extended to effect someone she is in direct physical contact with, within reason. The helmet itself can change shape and form, and can change the form of the costume it generates.

The helmet contains all the knowledge and experiences of the previous 'Champions of Quetzalcoatl', and because of this, the possessors of the helmet have to undergo special training to be able to wear it without going mad. The 'personalities' in the helmet can also take control of the wearer if they are knocked unconscious, and can communicate with the wearer under some circumstances.

The wings are not part of the costume, are made of energy, and are retractable. When extended, the individual 'feathers' can be flung from the wings like knives.

Origin / History:
Ciela began her training to replace Warren shortly after he came back from a mission with blue skin, metal wings, and an increasingly violent nature. The leaders of the Q Foundation believed he had been corrupted while 'outside' by the followers of Tezcatlipoca, known as the Apocalypse Organization. They had no way of knowing that the Apocalypse Organization had infiltrated the Q Foundation and that they were slowly replacing Quetzalcoatl's followers with their own. The Q Foundation quietly began searching for what they thought was a 'mole', not knowing nearly half the foundation was now made up of followers of the dark god, Tezcatlipoca.

Ciela continued her training until she mysteriously arrived on J Street. (Warren entered the portal and Ciela exited.) She pretended to be Warren, seemingly gender-switched, until after his arrival on J Street with Tezcatlipoca. Warren and Tezcatlipoca were eventually defeated and Warren escaped back to their home dimension, Ciela (and Quetzalcoatl) following.

She returned home to find the Q Foundation slaughtered by a rogue god, Mictiantecuhtli, who the Apocalypse Organization had mistakenly freed. Az subsequently defeated the underworld god, and the Apocalypse Organization was left leaderless, with both Cortez and Warren being 'detained' by the Justice Avengers.

After the defeat of Mictiantecuhtli, Quetzalcoatl made himself known and removed all traces of the ShadowGod's influence, transforming Ciela's wings and changing her skin-tone. She returned to J Street and rejoined the JSS.

Ciela quit the JSS shortly after returning to J Street and eventually she and David met up with Jayna and Aquarius, both staying on with Jayna at her shop.

Later on, Warren returned to J Street and tracked down Ciela and attacked her, attempting to regain control of the helmet. When he finally got the helm, it turned on him, short-circuting his mind. He vanished into a shadowy portal and ended up in Mictlan, leaving Ciela behind and badly shaken.

Since then, she has formed a close friendship with Michael O'Shea, and worked occasionally with the JSPD, specifically Angelina Torres.
