Weapons: Occasionally carries small firearms, but as a rule; none. Usually seen with a seriously old sword, called Kuroi Ryu, any peculiar properties of this sword are unknown. He carries concealed toolkits and similar breaking and entering apparatus, as well as an enchanted bag of holding, which, amazingly, always gives him what he needs, assuming he asks for it properly. The bag has quite a sense of humor, apparently.

Powers:
Takeo is an accomplished shape-changer. Power is limited in ability: his mass remains constant regardless of his form’s size. Some fighting ability, but is not a martial artist by any stretch of the imagination. Takeo is of average physical strength but makes up for it in somewhat heightened speed and agility, possibly accented by the talisman worn around his neck.

Personality:
Takeo is generally quiet, subdued, and seemingly unaffected by things that go on around him, at least at first glance, and to those who don’t know him. He’s considered by those few who do know him to be annoyingly polite, annoying in general, and rather…odd. He has a seriously warped sense of humor, and although he almost never smiles, he’s perfected a smirk that leads one to believe he’s secretly laughing at you.

Appears Japanese (mixed heritage?) in his normal form, somewhat androgynous, with a slight frame and short dark hair.
